Our rates for booking the entire house can be found on the official website www.lelangheoltrelasiepe.it.
At the time of requesting availability verification for the desired period online, the reservation will be confirmed only when you receive an official confirmation via email from the Host.
Cleaning and linen change fees
The final cleaning and linen change fees are included in the cost of your stay.
Any requests for additional cleaning or linen changes beyond what is included in the cost of your stay can always be requested for an additional fee (€25/hour for extra cleaning and €20/person for additional linen changes).
Tourist Tax
The guest is required to pay a tourist tax, which amounts to €2.5 per person per day, for a maximum of 21 nights. This tax should be paid in cash at the time of check-in and is not applicable to children under 10 years of age.
Duration of stay
Le Langhe Oltre la Siepe can be booked for a minimum of 4 nights during the low and mid seasons (April-June and September-November).
In the months of July and August (high and peak seasons), a minimum stay of 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday, is required. Any different requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the season and availability of the property. Le Langhe Oltre la Siepe can be booked for a maximum of 28 days.
Check-in and Check-out times
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM. We kindly request our guests to inform us of their arrival time in advance for better organization. In case of late check-in (after 8:00 PM), a fee of €25 per hour will be applied. In the event of a failure to respect the appointment time with our Guest Relations Manager, unless the delay has been communicated at least 1 hour in advance of the agreed-upon time, a penalty of €100 will be applied, payable in cash at check-in.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM. We ask for adherence to the departure time so that subsequent guests can find the property perfectly clean and orderly.
Pool usage
Our pool is open from the first Saturday of May to the last Saturday of October. In the case of an early opening or late closure request (e.g., due to particularly favorable weather conditions), the Management will negotiate any additional fee with the guest during the booking process. The pool (45 square meters) has a depth ranging from 1.20 meters to 2 meters and does not have a shallow area or protective gates.
Children
Children are welcome at Le Langhe Oltre la Siepe. A crib and high chair are provided for free and should be requested at the time of booking (a maximum of 1 crib and 1 high chair can be reserved). A pouf bed is available in the master bedroom for children up to 16 years old at an additional cost of €120.
Pets
One small to medium-sized pet is allowed on the property. An additional cleaning fee of €60 will be charged at the end of the stay.
No smoking areas
Smoking is prohibited indoors. To respect guests who come after you, please use the ample outdoor spaces for smoking and be sure to dispose of cigarette butts in the designated ashtrays.
Services
Initial Cleaning
Initial cleaning is typically performed from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival and the departure of the previous guests. We kindly request our guests to inform us of their arrival time in advance for better organization. Please also adhere to the check-out time so that subsequent guests can find the property perfectly clean and orderly. Extra midweek cleanings can be requested for an additional fee of €25/hour.
Linen
Upon your arrival, you will find all the necessary household linen for your stay: one bath set for each guest (towels, beach towels, and bath mat), the beds are already made, and kitchen linen (tablecloths, pot holders, dish towels, and place mats) are provided. Additional linen changes can be requested for an extra fee of €20 per person.
Minor repair
It may happen that something does not work during your stay. Upon your notification, we will do our best to have our collaborators fix the issue as quickly as possible, ensuring that your vacation is not disrupted.
